JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for searching and screening equity investment projects;
• Carrying out preliminary research, evaluation, selection, appraisal, writing analysis reports and drafting relevant investment agreements for the proposed investment project;
• Participate in or coordinate project negotiations and design, implementation and oversight of transaction structure and fund diagrams;
• Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, evaluating and further managing completed investment projects and arranging capital withdrawal;
• Liaise with various investment stakeholders to establish and maintain good relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in majors related to finance, economics, investment and law;
• 2 years of experience in investing in equity funds or the financial industry, with priority given to successful projects;
• Proficient use of financial investment tools, understanding of basic financial theory, financial management knowledge and risk management knowledge, familiarity with financial industry policies and regulations and fund operations, have passed the CFA exam and the preferred fund manager certification exam;
• Capable of independently performing project appraisal, investment calculation, financial analysis, writing investment reports and other related works and coordinating with the investment director to support business negotiations ;
• Dynamic in work, cheerful disposition, academic ability, logical ability, receptive ability, good communication and negotiation ability, able to travel depending on work requirements.
